Sames as Bank Cost Financing

JTB Associates, LLC offers unsecured financing that compares to the cost of a bank financing product.

Minimum funding is $1 million and the maximum funding limit is $3 million.

Cost of financing is 1.5% to 2.5% per term. Terms are typically 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months.

What that means is, for examples, $100,000 loan would cost 9%, or you pay back $109,000 in six months. If the term were 12 months, you would pay back 9% in 12 months.

Things needed for pre-approval:

• Company /Owner contact info (one page application);

• A minimum gross annual income of $2 million;

• Three months business bank statements;

• Month to date bank activity report; or On-line bank account read-only access;

Sample industries that would be approved:

• Multi Location Business

• Heavy credit card use as deposits; ($150,000 per months in credit card receipts)

• Product sold in person

• Personal Guarantees, and a fico of 600 required, (no bankruptcies)
